JAKARTA – Realme plans to add 3,000 offline stores in Indonesia, aiming to become the best smartphone manufacturer. Realme is also ready to invest heavily on a global scale to face the increasingly fierce competition in the smartphone market.
“We want to increase offline stores to be able to compete in this industry. The target is 3,000 points this year, including through Erafone,” said Krisva Angnieszca as Realm Indonesia’s Public Relations Lead, Wednesday (23/8/2023).
Apart from bombarding the market with new outlets, Krisva also said that his party had made a sizeable investment on a global scale. Unfortunately he did not reveal in detail how much the nominal.
“The investment is quite large in performance, photography and design, according to each line up. We have also conducted research to look for factors that consumers are most interested in, especially young people,” he continued.
He added, research was carried out including through Realme Fans to ask what features the market wanted. This step was carried out by involving all Realme fans throughout Indonesia.
“As a relatively young brand, we always need support from our fans. The role of realme fans is very important because it is one of the insights for us so that we know what is trending among young people,” he concluded.
