The Central Newsdelivers.com Religious Court decided that Niet Ontvankelijke (NO) did not accept the divorce lawsuit filed by Lulu Tobing on December 14 2023 against her husband, Bani Mulia. Jajat Sudrajat, Public Relations Officer of the Central Newsdelivers.com Religious Court, said that the divorce lawsuit was rejected because Lulu Tobing’s domicile address did not match the location of the religious court where she filed the divorce lawsuit.
“The Lulu Tobing case has been completed. On December 14, 2023, the case was completed in NO, because there was an exception to relative competency, so Lulu Tobing is not domiciled, does not live in the jurisdiction of the Central Newsdelivers.com Religious Court, that was an exception on the part of her husband, and it was proven “Indeed, he is not domiciled in Newsdelivers.com,” said Jajat Sudrajat, Public Relations of the Central Newsdelivers.com Court when met, Wednesday (20/12).
“So the Central Newsdelivers.com Religious Court does not have the authority to resolve this case,” he continued.
The divorce lawsuit had initially gone to court. However, this lawsuit cannot be accepted by the court and does not go to the heart of the case.
“In NO, it means that it is declared unacceptable before it has entered into the main case, then it has entered into resistance or exceptions regarding the domicile of the plaintiff’s address (Lulu). (It has entered mediation) already, the trial remains, but it has not yet entered into the examination of the main case,” explained Jajat.
“(Exception) There was indeed an answer from the husband regarding the plaintiff’s domicile,” he continued.
Even so, Jajat Sudrajat hopes that Lulu Tobing and her husband can be reunited. Jajat also suggested that Lulu Tobing file a divorce suit in the court appropriate to her domicile.
“Yes, that’s up to them. We hope they can start building a household again. But even if it has to be like that, the process will be submitted again, submitted at the place where the plaintiff’s wife lives if it is submitted by the wife,” he concluded.
